ConsoleKeep privacy

ConsoleKeep has a single purpose: watch a Play Console closed test so the 12-tester streak does not die silently. It reads the opted-in tester count and the continuous-day count that Google shows on your app’s Dashboard, and stores those two numbers in your browser.
What stays in your browser

ConsoleKeep never reads or stores the tester email table, tester names, Google Groups membership, or any other part of the page. It never reads Play Console while the tab is closed and never sends requests to play.google.com from the background. “Export JSON” in Options shows you exactly what is stored; “Delete local data” removes it all.
What reaches our server
Only when you unlock, restore, or as anonymous usage counts:
- Purchases and restores: your email, your Paddle customer id, your plan and its end date, and for Launch the app id you chose. Payment card details go to Paddle, our payment provider, not to us.
- Usage counts: the names of 15 events (such as “install”, “aha”, “notify_fired”) with tester counts bucketed as 0 / 1–11 / 12 / 13+. No URLs, no emails, no page content.
Our server never receives tester emails, names, lists, page content, Play Console cookies, or page URLs.
Permissions
The extension asks for access to play.google.com/console only after you click “Allow”, and for notifications only when you turn alerts on or unlock a plan. It has no access to other sites.
Retention and deletion
Browser data stays until you delete it. Server records for purchases are kept while your plan is active and for 12 months after, for support and refunds. Email privacy@consolekeep.com to have your server record deleted.
