What ConsoleKeep is
ConsoleKeep is a Chrome extension that watches a Google Play Console closed test so the 12-tester streak does not die silently. It reads the tester count Google shows on your app’s Dashboard and, on a paid plan, alerts you when that count drops. It does not supply testers, does not guarantee production access, and is not affiliated with Google or Play Console.
Plans and payment
- Watch (free): the on-page tester count, one watched app.
- Launch: £3.99 one-off. Unlocks the Day-N meter and alerts for one app for 21 days from purchase.
- Operator: £3.99 per month. Unlocks the meter and alerts for unlimited apps while the subscription is active. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle’s own buyer terms apply to the transaction. Prices include VAT where applicable.
Refunds
All sales are final. Because ConsoleKeep is a digital service delivered immediately on purchase, we do not offer refunds, except where a refund is required by law (for example, statutory consumer rights in your country) or where the service was not delivered because of a fault on our side. Where you have a legal right to cancel a digital purchase within a cooling-off period, you agree that the service starts immediately on purchase and that this right ends once the service has started. Refund requests that fall under these exceptions are handled by Paddle; contact support@consolekeep.com first and we will help.
What we can and cannot promise
ConsoleKeep depends on how Google presents the Play Console page. If Google changes the page, the count may become unreadable until we update the extension; the extension is designed to say so rather than show a wrong number. Alerts while the Console tab is closed are based on the last count the extension saw, not a live check. ConsoleKeep is provided “as is” and we are not liable for the outcome of your closed test or your production-access application. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Your account and data
There is no account. Your plan is tied to the email you paid with, and can be restored from the extension’s Options page. What we store is described in the privacy notice.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
