ConsoleKeep terms of service & refund policy

What ConsoleKeep is
ConsoleKeep is a Chrome extension that watches a Google Play Console closed test so the 12-tester streak does not die silently. It reads the tester count Google shows on your app’s Dashboard and, on a paid plan, alerts you when that count drops. It also suggests times to post tester-swap requests, shows which devices open your testing build (paid plans, if you add a check-in), and can match you with other developers in swap circles. It does not supply testers, does not guarantee production access, and is not affiliated with Google or Play Console. It never posts to Reddit or anywhere else for you.
Plans and payment
- Watch (free): the on-page tester count and day count, the “Get testers” posts, “When to post”, swap circles, one watched app.
- Launch: £3.99 one-off. Unlocks automatic check-ins, drop alerts and “Who’s actually testing” for one app for 30 days from purchase.
- Lifetime: £39 one-off. Unlocks automatic check-ins, drop alerts and “Who’s actually testing” for any number of apps, for as long as ConsoleKeep is offered. No subscription.
- Customers of the earlier monthly “Operator” plan keep access to the end of their paid period.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle’s own buyer terms apply to the transaction. Prices include VAT where applicable.
Refunds
All sales are final. Because ConsoleKeep is a digital service delivered immediately on purchase, we do not offer refunds, except where a refund is required by law (for example, statutory consumer rights in your country) or where the service was not delivered because of a fault on our side. Where you have a legal right to cancel a digital purchase within a cooling-off period, you agree that the service starts immediately on purchase and that this right ends once the service has started. Refund requests that fall under these exceptions are handled by Paddle; contact support@consolekeep.com first and we will help.
What we can and cannot promise
ConsoleKeep depends on how Google presents the Play Console page. If Google changes the page, the count may become unreadable until we update the extension; the extension is designed to say so rather than show a wrong number. Automatic check-ins need Chrome to be running and you to be signed in to Play Console; when they can’t run, the extension tells you instead of guessing. ConsoleKeep is provided “as is” and we are not liable for the outcome of your closed test or your production-access application. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Swap circles
Swap circles connect developers who agree to test each other’s apps for 14 days. ConsoleKeep does not review or vouch for members’ apps; only install apps you are comfortable with, and report anything suspicious. Don’t ask members for money, personal details, reviews or ratings, and don’t use a circle to spread harmful apps. We may remove members who break these rules, members reported by enough of the members who are testing their app, and members who don’t test back (the rules are shown in the extension). Circles close six weeks after they start. We can’t promise how many developers will join or stay, that you will reach 12 testers, or that Google will grant production access. Google asks for testers who represent your intended audience; whether swap testers suit your app is your decision.
Tester activity check-in
If you add ConsoleKeep’s check-in to your app, you are responsible for telling your testers about it, for following Google Play’s policies and your own privacy policy, and for removing it before your production release. We stop recording new devices after 200 per app.
Your account and data
There is no account. Your plan is tied to the email you paid with, and can be restored from the extension’s Options page. What we store is described in the privacy notice.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
